If you discover a defect that cannot be repaired, please notify us in a message on the website or by email after you have collected the goods. Do not forget to attach clear photos of the defective goods. After agreement with the manager, a decision will be made on refund or exchange of defective goods (no later than 10 days after receiving the returned goods).
