It is intended to relieve symptoms of reflux esophagitis during sleep and other effects of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Three height adjustment options:

• use both parts of the product with a total height of 30 cm, inclination angle 24°
• use the larger part of the product with a height of 18 cm, an inclination angle of 15°
• use a smaller part of the product with a height of 12 cm, an inclination angle of 9°.

What is that pillow for?

• Prevents stomach contents from entering the esophagus during sleep and rest
• Creates an angled torso that prevents heartburn, breathing complications, and other consequences of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
• Relieves symptoms of reflux esophagitis.

How to use this pillow

The special convenience of the pillow is that it can be used for different illnesses or different stages of one illness by simply changing its height.

At the beginning, you can try lying on both parts of the product with a total height of 30 cm and observe the sensations and symptoms.

If there is relief or the angle is too high, you can use one part of the pillow with a height of 18 cm.

In the final stages of treatment, or if it is comfortable and symptoms allow, you can try sleeping on a 12 cm high pillow.

Using both parts of the product, you can extend the length of the pillow by slightly moving the upper part. This feature may be needed if you are tall or for other reasons why you want to extend this pillow. The bottom part of the product should be 12 cm high and the top part should be 18 cm high.

You can also use a pillow under your back while watching TV or reading, as well as under your feet.

For comfortable sleeping and resting on your lap, you can place the J2509 back sleeping pillow with memory effect under your head: of all the pillows we tested in combination with the wedge, this one proved to be the most comfortable.

Product care instructions:

• Wash the pillowcase as soon as it gets dirty. Wash the pillowcase without using the spin function.
• The filling does not require any special care, only dry cleaning

• coating - viscose-35%, polyester-50%, elastane -15%;
• filling - polyurethane foam.
