The speech therapy set is used for tongue training, developing the skills of moving the tongue right-left, up-down, stretching the sublingual frenulum, and training the flexibility and strength of the tip of the tongue.
Regular training develops articulation, oral perception, chewing and communication motor skills.

Instructions for use

1. Up and down movement training:
   
   • Open your mouth and place the trainer in the middle of your mouth.
   • Use the tip of your tongue to move the ball from bottom to top.
   • Repeat the exercise 50-100 times.
   • Goal: improve the flexibility of the tip of the tongue by alternating up and down movements.

2. Alternating movements left and right:
   

   • Open your mouth and place the trainer in the middle of your mouth.
   • Move the ball from side to side with the tip of your tongue.
   • Repeat the exercise 50-100 times.
   • Objective: training dexterity and coordination of tongue tip movements.

3. Tongue rolling ball training:

   

   • Open your mouth and tilt the trainer.
   • Roll the ball in your mouth with the tip of your tongue.
   • Repeat the exercise 50-100 times.
   • Goal: develop the strength and flexibility of the tongue muscles.

4. Right and left movement training:
   

   • Open your mouth and place the trainer in the middle of your mouth.
   • Hold the ball on one side with the tip of your tongue for 5-10 seconds, then move it to the other side.
   • Repeat the exercise 50-100 times.
   • Goal: strengthening the tongue muscles and stability of movements.

5. Upward movement training:
   

   • Place the trainer in the middle of your mouth.
   • Use the tip of your tongue to move the ball from bottom to top and hold it there for 5-10 seconds.
   • Repeat the exercise 50-100 times.
   • Goal: strengthen the muscles of the tongue by performing upward movements.
