The Lotus pad is often used as an alternative to the Kuznetsov applicator and other applicators. Lotus, however, is more delicate - the points are not as sharp. To prevent back pain on the Lotus mat, it is recommended not only to lie down, but also to perform simple exercises, if there are no contraindications. The exercises are described below.
The acupuncture mat is suitable for relieving tension in back pain, systematic fatigue, lack of energy, as well as for relaxation and stress relief.
The acupuncture mat works on the principle of the action of sharp elements on the surface of the body, which stimulates blood circulation. The blood, in turn, more intensively brings oxygen and nutrients to problem areas.
What is the Lotus Applicator for?

- helps with stress, fatigue and insomnia;

How to use the massage mat:
- place the mat on a flat surface and lie on it;

- after a few minutes of using the application pad, one feels warmth in the application area;
- after the massage it is advisable to lie down in a relaxed state.

Exercises on the Lotus applicator:
1. Simple shorteners. In addition to impacting the back, they strengthen the abdominal muscles.
- Touching the right knee with the left palm. The right shoulder blade can stay on the mat or lift up - notice how it feels.
- Touching the left knee with the right palm.
- Touching the knees with both palms.

2. Rolling on the Lotus mat: alternately lifting the left and right shoulder blades with the left palm touching the right shoulder, the right palm touching the left shoulder.
3. Slowly lifting the legs.

4. Exercise the kitty outside the mat.

5. Lie on the applicator and take ten deep breaths in and out.
You can supplement or modify the set of exercises depending on how much time you have for exercise, how you feel and on the recommendation of a doctor or trainer. Follow your feelings: exercise should not cause you any problems, on the contrary, you should feel better during and after it.
