This is an expanded set with maximum benefit, combining a massage puzzle, rotating triangle pieces, sensory pattern pieces and a balance puzzle.
The massage mat consists of 8 square puzzles (one of which contains a bosu), 6 triangular puzzles and 12 Pattern pieces.

What does a massage mat do:

• supports the proper development of children's feet;
• improves muscle tone and strengthens the longitudinal and transverse arches;

12 colorful pieces. The patterns have a different surface, which significantly develops tactile perception and creates a different massage effect. The pieces are attached to the protruding "columns" on the Honeycomb puzzle.
Sets with rotating triangle puzzles allow you to create wavy paths, circles and ovals. This allows you to lead the path around furniture or corners, saving space in the room and, above all, encouraging children's imagination and interest in exercising on the mats.

Use:

• prevention of flat feet, bunion, valgus position and other deformities;
• prevention of varicose veins, arthrosis and arthritis;
• relief from fatigue and feeling of heavy legs.

A set of recommended exercises:

1. Walking forward and backward on the mat (30–40 seconds).
2. Starting position – standing, rising on tiptoes (7–9×).
3. Standing – transferring weight from heel to toe (30–40 seconds).
4. Walking on the mat with legs crossed (30–40 seconds).
5. Walking on the inside of the feet (30–40 seconds).
6. Walking on the outside of the feet (30–40 seconds).
7. Tiptoe walking (30–60 seconds).
8. Squats with full leg support, without lifting the heels off the mat (7–9×).
9. Standing – maintaining balance first on one leg, then on the other (20–30 seconds).
10. Jumps from one part to another (7–9×).
11. Jumps first on one leg, then on the other (6–8x).
12. Half-sitting position – walking on the mat (20–30 seconds).

This is what a complete exercise on an Ortek massage mat looks like. After arranging the puzzles, just start the video and the child can exercise.
It is recommended to exercise three to five times a week. After just one month, you can notice the first results of the exercises in your child, their muscles will become stronger and their walking will be more confident.

All puzzle pieces are made of the same material, which is safe, hypoallergenic and does not contain any harmful additives. Thanks to the different textures, each piece has a slightly different effect. Grass, Shells, Pebbles and Mushrooms are among the softer puzzles. Towers, Hedgehogs, Sea Animals and Acorns have medium hardness. Pyramid, Thorns, Lotus and Pine Cones, on the other hand, are firmer surfaces. The combination of modules of different hardness creates the best conditions for foot massage, arch training and the development of sensory integration.

Contraindication:

• open wounds or inflammatory diseases of the skin of the feet;
• diabetic foot syndrome.
