The massage mat consists of one piece. Dimensions: 26 × 26 cm.
This piece with an intensive effect on the feet combines a massage effect and a barefoot effect.

What does a massage mat do:
- supports the proper development of children's feet;
- improves muscle tone and strengthens the longitudinal and transverse arches;
- actively contributes to better blood circulation;

A set of recommended exercises:
- Walking forward and backward on the mat (30–40 seconds).
- Starting position – standing, rising on tiptoes (7–9×).
- Standing – transferring weight from heel to toe (30–40 seconds).
- Walking on the mat with legs crossed (30–40 seconds).
- Walking on the inside of the feet (30–40 seconds).
- Walking on the outside of the feet (30–40 seconds).
- Tiptoe walking (30–60 seconds).
- Squats with full leg support, without lifting the heels off the mat (7–9×).
- Standing – maintaining balance first on one leg, then on the other (20–30 seconds).
- Jumps from one part to another (7–9×).
- Jumps first on one leg, then on the other (6–8x).
- Half-sitting position – walking on the mat (20–30 seconds).

It is recommended to exercise three to five times a week. After just one month, you can notice the first results of the exercises in your child, their muscles will become stronger and their walking will be more confident.
Contraindication:
- skin injury on the sole of the foot;
- diabetic foot syndrome;
- trophic changes in the leg, including trophic ulcers;
- ankle joint instability, purulent or inflammatory skin diseases.
The massage mat is made of hygienic, hypoallergenic PVC-based material.
