Massage mat made of sturdy linen fabric with beech wood half-cylinders. The wooden elements are firmly attached.
Walking on the smooth wooden surface of the half-cylinders is pleasant and beneficial and excellently stimulates the arch of the foot.
What a massage mat can do:

- Walking forward and backward on the mat (7–9 repetitions).
- Starting position – standing, rising on tiptoes (7–9 repetitions).
- Starting position – transferring weight from heel to toe (7–9 repetitions).
- Walking on the mat with crossed legs (7–9 repetitions).
- Walking on the inside of the feet (7–9 repetitions).
- Walking on the outside of the feet (7–9 repetitions).
- Tiptoe walking (30–60 seconds).
- Starting position – standing, squats with the support of the whole leg, do not lift the heels off the mat (7–9 repetitions).
- Starting position – standing, maintaining balance on one leg (7–9 repetitions).
- Jumps from one part to another (7–9 repetitions).
- Starting position – Stand on one leg and jump on the other, alternating legs (6–8 repetitions).
- Starting position - half-sitting position, walking on the mat (6–8 repetitions).
