The massage mat consists of 6 square and 6 triangular parts. Dimensions of the square module: 26*26 cm, triangular: 23*19 cm.

What a massage mat can do:

• promotes healthy development of children's feet;
• improves muscle tone, strengthens the longitudinal and transverse arches of the foot;

1. Walking forward and backward on the mat (30–40 seconds).
2. Starting position – standing, lifting on tiptoes (7–9 times).
3. Standing, transferring weight from heel to toe (30–40 seconds).
4. Walking crosswise on the mat (30–40 seconds).
5. Walking on the inside of the feet (30–40 seconds).
6. Walking on the outside of the feet (30–40 seconds).
7. Tiptoe walking (30–60 seconds).
8. Squats with support on the entire surface of the foot, without lifting the heel off the mat (7–9 times).
9. Stand, maintaining balance first on one leg, then on the other (20–30 seconds).
10. Jumps from one part to another (7–9 times).
11. Jumps first on one leg, then on the other (6–8 times).
12. Walking on the mat in a squat position (20–30 seconds).

You should exercise 3-5 times a week. After a month of regular exercise, you will notice the first results. Your child's muscles will probably become stronger and their walking will be more confident.
All parts are made of hygienic, hypoallergenic PVC-based material. However, each one has a different effect thanks to its different textures. Grass, Shells, Pebbles and Mushrooms are among the softer parts. Towers, Hedgehogs, Sea Animals and Acorns are of medium hardness. Pyramid, Spikes, Lotus and Pine Cones are among the harder parts. The effect of surfaces with different hardness has the best effect in massage, strengthening the feet and developing sensory integration.

Contraindication:

• open wounds or inflammatory processes on the skin of the feet,
• diabetic foot syndrome.
