The massage mat consists of 12 puzzles and is made of hygienic, hypoallergenic PVC-based material.

What a massage mat can do:

• supports the proper development of children's feet;
• improves muscle tone by strengthening the longitudinal and transverse arches of the foot;
• effectively improves blood circulation;
• It relieves tension in the feet by acting on the nerve endings.

Use:

• prevention of flat feet, horse feet, valgus and other deformities;
• prevention of varicose veins, arthrosis and arthritis;
• relief from leg fatigue.

Such an effect can be achieved thanks to various protrusions - they force the muscles to work and exercise, stimulate blood circulation and actively affect the reflex zones of the feet.

All puzzles are made of the same material - safe hypoallergenic PVC (does not contain phthalates or other harmful substances). But because of the different shapes, they have different effects. Some puzzles are harder, others are softer. Some puzzles are sharper, others are smoother.

The puzzles are flexible and bend easily, so they may slightly change shape when exposed to very warm water or when not placed on a flat surface. However, this does not affect the orthopedic functions of the mat.

8. Squats - do not lift your heels off the ground (7-9 repetitions)
9. Maintaining balance on one leg (7-9 repetitions)
10. Jumps from one module to another (7-9 repetitions)
11. Alternating jumps on one leg (6-8 repetitions)
12. Walking squats (6-8 reps)
