This set was assembled and tested by experts from the rehabilitation department of the Odrex clinic. The mat is intended for convalescence after injuries, illnesses, musculoskeletal disorders, and for exercising the muscles and fascia of the legs.
Its sharper elements with a harder surface have an intense massage effect that helps stimulate muscles, improve blood circulation and relieve tension.
The massage mat consists of 10 puzzles and is made of hygienic, hypoallergenic PVC-based material.
