The massage mat consists of 12 square and 8 triangular puzzles.

Size of square module: 26*26 cm, triangular: 23*19 cm.

What a massage mat can do:

• supports the proper development of children's feet;
• improves muscle tone by strengthening the longitudinal and transverse arches of the foot;
• effectively improves blood circulation;
• It relieves tension in the feet by acting on the nerve endings.

Sets with triangular corner puzzles allow you to create wavy paths, circles and patterns from regular square puzzles. This way you can create paths around pieces of furniture, corners, save space in the room and most importantly - develop children's imagination and interest in activities on the mats.

Use:

• prevention of flat feet, horse feet, valgus and other deformities;
• prevention of varicose veins, arthrosis and arthritis;
• relief from leg fatigue.

Exercise complex:

1. Walking back and forth on the mat (30-40 seconds).
2. Starting position - standing, rise on your toes (7-9 times).
3. Starting position – standing, transferring body weight from heel to toe (30-40 seconds).
4. Cross walk on the mat (30-40 seconds).
5. Walking on the inside of the foot (30-40 seconds).
6. Walking on the outside of the foot (30-40 seconds).
7. Walking on tiptoes (30-60 seconds).
8. Squats with support on the whole foot, heel remains on the mat (7-9 times).
9. Balancing while standing alternately on one leg and then the other (20-30 seconds).
10. Jumps from element to element (7-9 times).
11. Jumps alternately on one leg and then on the other (6-8 times).
12. Walking on the mat in a squat position (20-30 seconds).

It is necessary to train 3-5 times a week. After a month of training, you will see the results of your child's exercises. It is likely that the muscles will become stronger and the gait will be more confident.

All puzzles are made of the same material - safe, hypoallergenic PVC without harmful additives. However, due to the different surfaces, they are different to the touch. Grass, Shells, Pebbles, Mushrooms are among the softer puzzles. Towers, Hedgehogs, Mosses, Acorns are medium hard. Pyramid, Spikes, Lotus, Pine Cones are among the harder puzzles. The effect of surfaces of different hardness has the best effect for massage, foot training and sensory integration.

Contraindication:

• open wounds or inflammatory processes on the skin of the foot;
• diabetic foot syndrome.
