We have prepared a summary of recommended exercises on the Ortek massage mat. The child puts together a puzzle, you turn on the video and the child can exercise! It is necessary to exercise 3-5 times a week. After a month of training, you can see the results. The muscles will be stronger and the gait more stable.
Such an effect can be achieved thanks to various protrusions - they force the muscles to work and exercise, stimulate blood circulation and actively affect the reflex zones of the feet.
All puzzles are made of the same material - safe hypoallergenic PVC (does not contain phthalates or other harmful substances). But because of the different shapes, they have different effects. Some puzzles are harder, others are softer. Some puzzles are sharper, others are smoother.
The puzzles are flexible and bend easily, so they may slightly change shape when exposed to very warm water or when not placed on a flat surface. However, this has no effect on the orthopedic functions of the mat.
Suitable for children and adults. There are no weight restrictions.

- Walking on the inside of the foot (7-9 repetitions)

- Tiptoe walking (30-60 seconds)
- Squats - do not lift your heels off the ground (7-9 repetitions)
- Maintaining balance on one leg (7-9 repetitions)
- Jumps from one module to another (7-9 repetitions)
- Alternating jumps on one leg (6-8 repetitions)
- Walking squats (6-8 reps)
