How to use this pillow

If there is relief or the angle is too high, you can use one part of the pillow with a height of 18 cm.
Using both parts of the product, you can extend the length of the pillow by slightly moving the top part. This feature may be needed if you are tall or for other reasons why you want this pillow extend. Down should be a part of the product with a height of 12 cm and above – 18 cm high .
You can also use a pillow under your back while watching TV or reading, as well as under your feet.
